The second and third children of Fred Corba the 8th and Frederica Cobra the 2nd lived a seperate life from all the other children in the neighbourhood. They went to a private girls school, and instead of Guides or saturday netball, they went to Cobra Youth meetings and competed in Cobra run sports events. This isolation from their peers led to the twins forming a very close friendship with each other. Being twins they naturally had a mutal affection and understanding, but sharing their feelings of isolation with each other brought them together as best friends - not just siblings. Their older sister, Frederica Corba the 3rd, nicknamed them Freddie (IV - wearing the headband) and Freddo (V - red streaked hair). This was due to Freddie crying during 'Nightmare on Elm Street." and Freddo once having a strange obsession with the chocolate mascot of the same name. They in turn called her Ricky, mainly because it irritated her (by saying she looked like Ricki Lake), but also because it helped their dad differentiate between everyone at the dinner table.

When their brother Fred Corba the 9th (immediately called Fred Jr) was born the twins moved into middle child territory. Ricky was an excellent student and a great Cobra opprative in the making, Fred Jr was young and cute. The twins however were entering their teenage years; Freddie a sullen, introverted tomboy and Freddo a breezy, absentminded daydreamer. Neither performed particularly well in school, often secretly throwing an exam they knew the other would do poorly in to avoid comparrisons to each other. They felt pressure enough to follow Ricky's example and become great scholar and Crimson Guardswomen without being in a race with each other. Freddie seemed the most stable of the two, but often relied heavily on her sister for advice, particularly in regards to dealing with people. In years 11 and 12 they finally got into their own stride, Freddo excelling at Computers and Physics, Freddie at Indusrial Arts and Modern History.

After finishing highschool, they moved out of home and rented a terrace house in Erskineville while they attended UNSW. Freddie took Business Law and Architecture, Freddo Economics and Software Engineering. Also at this time they had to start their CG training. It was at this point they decided to join the newly formed Python Patrol (or more accurately Freddo did and convinced Freddie it was a good idea). They started working undercover at a gas station near the Eastern Creek raceway, across the street from Joe HQ and down the road from the TerrorDrome built over the old abandoned amusement park.

Some indeterminate time later they got jobs as security guards at Destro's Kirribilli based TV studio, patroling the backlots and watching the front desk. Part of this deal was free accomodation in an apartment bock owned by Destro. The twins share a room with Bombstrike and a common room with Major Barrage and Tunnel Rat. Other known residents of the block are Daina (across the hall) and Tomax and Xamot in the penthouse upstairs.

Currently the twins are both involved in budding romances - Freddie with a secret admirer, and Freddo with Tomax. Freddo is thouroughly enjoying her new romance with her typical carefree attitude, but Freddie is hesitant - possibly as she has never actually had anyone interested in her before and that terribly shy in a social situation. Who this admirer is remains to be seen (and will be revealed eventually - and I've actually planned who it is in advance).
