Public Transport… Tricycles (motorbikes with sidecars) are the primary mode of public transport. They can take you from VP n KAL GUEST HOUSE to the centre of town in a matter of minutes, or anywhere in the metropolitan area you wish to go.

There is also an open-air four-wheel drive available, which seats up to four adults in the open-air section and one adult in the front passenger seat. It is available for hire with driver for day trips.

How to get to Masbate… Zest Air flies daily between Manila and Masbate for between PhP 2,700 and PhP 3,700 (plus taxes) per person (discounts for seniors, students and children under 12). The flight takes about 1 hour.

Masbate is also accessible via fast-craft (boat) from the southern Luzon port of Pilar. Pilar can be reached by bus or van from Legaspi airport or even from Manila. However it should be noted that the trip from Manila to Legaspi/Pilar can take 12-18 hours!
