How is this for a song?
This was first sung in Sydney when we went to a pub
for a live Old Firm match. KO was 7:00 am and we could
not get our usual venue. We went an inner city Pub.
The Publican could not believe that 2 hours after the
game had finished,(opening time) Gordon Moffat
gave it "Jesus loves me" and all the
drunken bears gave it LALDY at the chorus
This is his version, and it's almost an anthem
at our live games now.
Imagine 200/300 bears giving this :)))
Jesus loves me this I know
for the bible tells me so
Little one to him belong
We are weak but he is strong
Yes Jesus loves me
yes Jesus loves me
yes Jesus loves me
The bible tells me so
Jesus love the "wee Chinese"
From the land across the sea's
Jesus loves the Eskimos
From the land of Ice and snows
Chorus: everyone joins in...
Jesus loves the Indian Boy's
Bow and arrows are their toys
Jesus loves the Cowboy's too
With their horse and big lasso
Chorus: everyone joins in...
Jesus loves the Glasgow girls
Cause they have such pretty curls
Jesus loves the Glasgow boys
Cause they make a lot of noise
Chorus: everyone joins in...
Jesus loves the Rangers too
Cause they play in Royal Blue
NOT the Celtic, green and white
Cause they play a lot of SHITE
Final chorus
GIVE IT LALDY...
