General Notes

* I generally shoot in chronological order.

* It helps since I pretty much make it up as I'm going along (doesn't show).

* The set is on an old bunk bed frame with a variety of lamps set up around it.

* The main set is made out of an old stereo cabinet, the decorations being model railway latice, and the others are things microchips are packed in.

* The background pic is looking south at Sydney from Kirribilli.

7: The Mills & Boon Episode

* So very long... I started shooting this around the beggining of January, only just finished. It was shot in two blocks - the scenes in the flat, and the rest. I got writer's block and my creativity generally went down the tubes, but then I got my groove back (thanks camper, Sidewinder, Doc Rob, Muscles Sputnik, Spin Doctor, G-Hawk, pluv, beav, Zed, Tim Elf and C-Jack for the inspiration).

* I'll resolve the Tomax / Freddo stuff next time, this one was long enough.

* The timeline goes - starts around 11:00am, Freddo leaves, followed by Barrage. Freddo returns home around 5:00pm. Barrage then arrives at work to clock out around 6:00. The rest is the next morning. I made that up after I realised Barrage was in two places at once (work all day vs leaving apartment at lunchtime), or Freddo was crazy with her lunch comment (should have been dinner) - but then B&B would have been out of whack as it comes on at 4:30pm. But I just made Barrage a lazy bum (given he doesn't actually have a job at the station anyway...).

* Miria is weilding a 'Voorhees replica' machette and wearing an Iron Chef apron.

* Andrew G is one of the hosts of Australian Idol - he also hosts Channel V, Australias version of MTV (except V actually plays music).

* Ilsa and Freddie are watching Bold and the Beautiful.

* I explained the Action Man bit then so it didn't seem like I was making fun of the mentally handicapped - just the insane

* The whole corridor scene was shot in a 1 foot square box and involved alot of re-arranging of walls.

* Yes, that was a flaming aircraft carrier going over Niagara Falls you saw.

* Ah, that wacky Spin Doctor... put on some damn pants ya hippie!!

* Now I'm going to have to make a Fabio custom. He can duke it out with Brawler over wether or not you can believe it's not butter or something.

* Does anyone actually read these things anyway? I know I like to do them as some sort of record of what the hell I was thinking, but am I just wasting my time? Ah well...

* Even though there was a nuclear explosion, everyone's fine, don't worry.

6: I work hard for the money

* The TARDIS, Dr Who figure and Dalek are all from the Dapol line.

* The SBemail Freddo is watching is #127 - Long Pants. Her computer actually has a screnshot of it on there.

* The Corba family is:

Fred VIII (Dad), 'Dad' / 'Mr Corba'

Frederica II (Mother), 'Mum' / 'Mrs Corba'

Frederica III (oldest sister), Ricky

Frederica IV & V (the twins), Freddie & Freddo

Fred IX (son), Little Fred

* Freddo is named after 'Freddo Frog', a type of chocolate bar. There's even an independent fan site for them here.

* Sign in the share house include: A 'Sweating to the oldies 3' poster, Santa knows where all the bad girls live, Cerial Killer, Pirates do it for the booty, Captain Planet saying "The power is yours!" and a Cobra trooper waving a flag.

5: Halloween Special

* When I started shooting the scene about a month ago, then got to pic 14 and was stuck. I then came up with the zombie at the door idea when JFAK posted Dead End again - so it is essentially two totally seperate stories. It was going to be ridiculous all the way through, but I was having too much fun playing with all the shadows and what not.

* I left lots of ideas out - namely explaining the zombies were animated from my pile of useless parts, and more walking around. But weighing in at 90pics it was pretty long already so I left that stuff out (that and I'd just had a crappy last couple of days so I couldn't be arsed either - I'm nothing if not professional).

* The air conditioning vents are pringles tubes.

* When Daina says the time is 3:27am, that was the actual time I was photoshopping that picture.

* Major Barrage's personality is based on a weird hybrid of Jonny Bravo and Schwarzenegger.

* Mr Belding is the principal from 'Saved by the Bell' (meaning the twins went to Belmont High), and Crilly is Ted's surname from the show 'Father Ted'.

4: It just keeps getting stranger and stranger...

* If you think this was weird, you should have seen what I left out.

* This was alot of fun to make, being very silly and all.

* All the Non-Euclidian geometry commets are in regards to the way the various set peices have linked up, often contradicting each other.

* The Raptor / Zandar skit is a play on Zandar never being noticed, and from the X-Mas special where I didn't have a Raptor figure yet so I had him alwas 'off camera'.

* The Scoop Report is quite clearly two seperate ideas fused together, but it works - honest!

3: All this and I get paid too...

* I hate this episode. Ok, not entirely but the shots all came out blurry or glarey or off angle and none of my dialouge was working... so I scrapped 90% and re-shot it. It's better, but not perfect. I left the show itself until next episode so it would be 'seperate' so to speak.

* The note on page 29 was in regards to chapter 9 of The Robfather's Dio: The Chuckles Zone (awesome name). Read it and find out.

* P&C is like the US PTA.

* Miria's argument with the other woman is based of an argument my Mum had with the school in regards to my Brother's participation at the school athletics carnival.

* Her line of 'You wish to do combat (etc)' is from Robotech.

* Miria says 'this is it?' twice because I screwed up and can't be bothered to fix it - this episode has taken too long.

* Revealed: Jinx is in high school - Falcon is a perv

* Revealed: Miria likes new sculpt, will Phil change?

* The bit with the builders is based of a "Calvin and Hobbes" strip.

* Here's a pic of the Studio set up for all y'all.

2: First BroAdcast

* It originally wasn't going to be this strange...

* The crowbar thrown by the Mime at Brawler caused the rift in space and time, but an extra shot to show it happening seemed superfluous.

* Jinx's outfit changes between shots 13 and 19, some accs went to someone else is all.

* Destros white suit comment is refrencing Don Johnson voicing Falcon

* Megatron was a pain in the ass to balance.

* You can see Soundwave getting hit in the head by Megatron in pic 28.

* If pic 44 seems out of place, it is.

* The 'Nok Theater skit was shot on location at my local coffee shop a few months ago - the name of it is recent and inspired by the GTA controversy.

1: The Pilot

* The phone sticking magically to the side of Phil's head is a 'B' shot as the fist angle didn't work, and I couldn't be bothered re-shooting.

* Phil's wife is the from the Yamato 1/60th Miria 3pc set.

* Der Brawlenizer was originally going to be a part of my Action Force team, but this was a better use for him, I don't know if he'll be back.

* References to stuff include: Voltron (esp 'Blazing Sword'), The Joe Movie, and the Transformers movie.
