I have a bit of time to spare now, updated all information that occured (yes I still managed to surf every possible site)
AussieEarners has increased minimum number of page views to 50 after restarting twice.
4Daily has occasional script problems, it has been said unofficially that they could not pay out to everyone.
Pay-Simple is now becoming more stable in almost a month with some problems however. Referral commissions are working now.
I have removed Surfwages.com for disappearing suddenly 30th of June. AutoSurf-4-Profit.com also removed for being inactive for a while.
Amazon.com has reviewed the site speeds and I have added them to list:

4Daily has reset all the member's account level to 1 unit. This infuriated many people and many have lost confidence in this program. I have removed it from this site as there is no more of 4Daily's 'forum' to discuss it. Aside from 4Daily, AussieEarners have some problems and at this time are down. EZDailySurf.com have finally disappeared, I removed them from the Table page. I stopped promoting NetSurf123 due to the fact you need to upgrade before getting paid. Updated site speeds below (100th is fastest).
